Big Idea Paranoia

The great thing about working with my old boss (and mentor) Marshall Ross, is that he made the whole creative process fun, and sometimes it was fun because of his wackiness - that I found to be brilliantly funny. One time we were working together, and a really big idea came to us, and it was one of those jackpot ideas, but after discussing it for just a minute or two he made us stop and be silent about it. He told me he sometimes worries that it's not safe to think too much about a great thought, because the brain waves of a big idea are so strong, that other people could pick them up, and steal the idea. So Marshall.
